HCSV today announced the grand opening of its first authorized showroom in Moscow, launched in partnership with the company’s official Russian distributor. The new facility marks a major milestone in HCSV’s localized operations in Russia and demonstrates the company’s long-term commitment to strengthening Sino-Russian commercial and industrial cooperation.

Strategically positioned near one of Moscow’s primary transportation hubs, the showroom combines contemporary industrial design with purpose-built functionality. The facility integrates vehicle display space, dedicated customer consultation rooms and a service and after-sales area, enabling HCSV to deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to the demands of Russia’s logistics, construction and infrastructure rebuilding sectors.

“The Moscow showroom is an important next step in our localization strategy,” said Mr. Guan Botong, Chairman of HCSV. “Together with our Russian distributor and partners, we will accelerate the rollout of localized support systems — including parts centers, professional training academies, and the potential for future KD assembly operations — to better serve Russian customers and strengthen regional industrial capacity.”

The opening ceremony on November 3 gathered more than 200 guests, including government representatives, diplomatic envoys, industry leaders and local stakeholders. Mr. Guan Botong joined senior executives from Shacman and local officials to formally inaugurate the showroom, highlighting the collaborative effort behind this expansion.

HCSV’s entry into the Russian market builds on the momentum of established Chinese heavy-duty truck brands. Leveraging Shacman’s existing market presence and channel network, HCSV aims to diversify product offerings with competitively priced, technology-adapted vehicles. HCSV models introduced to the Russian market include cold-weather adaptations and rugged configurations designed specifically for logistics, construction and remote-site operations under harsh climatic conditions.

The Moscow showroom will function as a regional hub for sales, customer training and after-sales service. Key objectives for the next 18–24 months include the establishment of local parts distribution points, certified technician training courses, and closer collaboration with fleet operators to ensure uptime and lifecycle value. These measures are designed to reduce service lead times and lower total cost of ownership for Russian customers.

“Local service capability and parts availability are critical for long-term fleet reliability,” said a senior HCSV representative at the ceremony. “By investing in people, facilities and localized logistics, we’re delivering tangible value to our customers and partners across Russia.”
